It's left vague (as far as I understand it) whether this is literally Tesla's eye or just Knives doing a body horror but the scene makes me insane because of a few reasons...

1) the idea Knives could have killed the guy who tortured her to death with that hand so easily in this moment.

2) the fact he didn't.

3) the fact the eye moves really frantically during the scene but repeatedly LOOKS BACK AT KNIVES as he's standing there not beheading Conrad.

4) she keeps looking back at him, she keeps asking why he's not acting, she keeps asking why he's listening to this monster.

5) it keeps looking back at him. she keeps looking back. she keeps looking back. why isn't he doing it? why is he hesitating?

6) how could he do this to her?
