Recycled scenes of 1978 WSD

Just like my GNG posts in @gingabrain blog, here's some recycled scenes from the WSD film I was able to find!

The Blackavar scene is used twice: in Holly’s dream and later, when he tells about Efrafa. The Woundwort scene is also used twice: when Holly tells about Efrafa, and when Campion arrives to report that Bigwig wounded Chervil and escaped with the does and Blackavar.

I’ve finished the storyboard for the second chapter! It’s probably gonna be 9 pages this time :) get ready for simp lord Ryūki 😭

He’s gonna stay a fanboy for quite a while but don’t worry, this’ll be addressed somewhere along the way and he’ll get better 🫰

If Visited By Someone From Another Dimension/Another World

Hakura would be surprised at first, but take it moderately well. She'd accept easily the possibility that otherworldly phenomenon can and will exist. She'd be friendly.

Dakota would try to learn EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM

Ava would be weirded out at first, and would be unable to get over it. Lee would help her, though.

Lee would be very confused the entire time, and may not even be able to come to terms with it, but he'd still be chill around the person.

Irene would be flustered, and would try to rationalize everything. Unlike Lee, she wouldn't be chill and would be very confused throughout. She's not used to being wrong about things.

Leader would probably accept it before everyone else, and ask questions, wondering if they're going to interfere with plans. Also because Leader would find it cool and would be curious.

Hakura's favorite character is Toph from Avatar The Last Airbender.

Dakota's favorite character is Nika Storme from Hero Crew

Ava's favorite character is Sailor Mars from Sailor Moon

Lee's doesn't really have favorites

Irene's favorite character is Raven from Teen Titans

Leader's favorite character is anyone with a cool weapon.

What Each Character Was Based Around 

When I created Hakura and the others back when I was about 8 or 9 years old, Hakura was a self-insert of myself, but a cooler version. Due to her being a carbon copy of myself at the time, she was a bit more hot headed

When I created Dakota, I wanted a hyperactive character. I had just begun to discover anime, and I watch a lot of shows like Teen Titans and Avatar, which had obvious influences. Dakota was probably based around a very genki character I took a liking too. 

When I created Ava, I wanted a tomboyish character. At first she was much sportier, she didn't like shopping or anything girly, and so she most likely was based off Toph from Avatar The Last Airbender. As time went on she morphed more into a Katara like roll.

When I created Lee, he was just going to be a plot device. He had no real bearing on the story at the time, and you could probably see another influence in Avatar (mostly Jet.) However as time went on I fleshed out Lee's character better.

When I created Irene I wanted a cold and calculating character. Raven was my favorite Teen Titan and I liked her dynamic with the rest of the the Titans in the series, so I based Irene off that. However, I went a little off the deep end and made Irene so cold she was basically unlikable.

When I created Leader, it was during my first reboot of the series. Leader was based off of an RP character I had just created at the time, and wanted to put in everything. They were basically a carbon copy of that character, and I had to, and in a sense still am, doing whatever it takes to differentiate the two.
