She very much dislikes bullies and will stick up for other people, and she's not afraid to stick her neck out and risk disciplinary action, but she's not... righteous about it, so to speak. She doesn't view herself as better for doing so; really, bullies just piss her off.
Bonnie is a self-assured character, and even if she was bullied, she tends to just not care. This gives her a weird complex with those who get bullied and take it to heart.
Bonnie understands some people are shy. Addie is like that, but Addie is outspoken in private with Bonnie, which gives her a pass, so to speak. Bonnie dislikes those who not only are shy, but also try to excuse the behavior of said bullies.
