Had some fun with friends today. Been a looping while since I went out and about as a cosplayer for Homestuck.

Had some fun with friends today. Been a looping while since I went out and about as a cosplayer for Homestuck.
My Nepeta and her new furry friend : ) Still playing around with the face paint. And still can't figure out everyone else can get it to not be patchy as well as staying in place. I used 2 layers of baby powder and finishing spray and it was still rubbing off on to my coat! Maybe I just have shitty finishing spray? Idk but regardless it still turned out pretty good
Yay for troll makeup! Kankri definitely looks a lot better with his painted horns and grey skin. Not too bad for my first try : )
Got my troll makeup in today!! Now I just need to try it out : )
notes to self
1) when trying to do troll makeup, do not use shitty face paint from when you went as a clown in 6th grade (it’s clumpy, shinny, see-through, and just plain gross)
2) If you don’t want your parents to walk in while you’re in said makeup, WAIT TILL THEY’RE ASLEEP!!!!! (most awkward conversaition of my life. And he didn’t even ask about the makeup)
HI HI, I’M BACK (kinda)
This year has been a bit difficult and that includes the cosplay stuff, so i’m actually so excited for finally making this beatiful alien this month! In my city there’s no good makeup so when this base came i pretty much jumped and today i finally made a makeup test :)) no eyelashes because damn those are some nasty bitches lol
I kinda don’t like how i look in my pics while smiling, but look these there are actually some cute ones!
The horns are actually so light, maybe i’ll post the process later...?

Bought some new gray face paint to go with my troll cosplays, and tested it out tonight with Porrim. Works well! Haven’t got a chance to see how well it lasts when worn for an extended amount of time yet, but all’s good so far. =D Thanks so much to the awesome Sollux cosplayer from Tokyo In Tulsa last year that recommended this paint to me! =D
