Let me paint the scene. I have just been discharged from the Hospital, full o antibiotics that made me REALLY need to finally reach home and use the bathroom. As I was unlocking the door, I thought, my Mom loves to be extra safe, I'm sure the top lock is locked, too. Unlocked it. Cool. Almost out of the woods, guys. Then this terrible thought came to mind. "What if she also locked the Swing-Bar Lock we all know of immeasurable infamy?" AND LO' AND BEHOLD, I WAS RIGHT. I WAS FUBARED. Good thing my keys also are able to open the very old kitchen back door gate and lock. This is another reason why I love my mom, and also why she confuses the hell out of me at the same time, lol!
