Gundam Wing: 3x4 tries to conserve water

TROWA  Quatre is on an environmental conservation kick, so I suggested we shower together to save water.

DUO  Ohhhhh I know exactly where this is going 😏

WUFEI  *ignoring Duo*  And how’d that work out?

TROWA  The shower took three times as long as our separate showers combined would have taken and we wasted gallons upon gallons of water.

DUO  😏😏😏

WUFEI  ...which is NOT good for the environment.

TROWA  No it is not.  Quatre doesn’t want to fool around with me in the shower anymore.

DUO  Oh, dang, that sucks--

TROWA  We’re going to fool around before the shower instead 😈

Quarantine with Quatre

TROWA  So...here we are.

QUATRE  Yes.  :)

TROWA  In the house, for two weeks.

QUATRE  Yes.  :)

TROWA  *seductively, starting to unfasten his trousers*  Just you and me...

BUTLER  Master Quatre, I’ve brought you some refreshments!

TROWA  ...and your household staff.

QUATRE  Yes.  :)   Thank you, Selim!  Why don’t you stay for a cup?

BUTLER  Thank you, Master, that is so very generous of you, but I couldn’t possibly!

TROWA  He couldn’t possibly.

QUATRE  Nonsense!  We’re all in the house for two weeks, so we may as well enjoy each other’s company, don’t you think?

BUTLER  Oh, if you insist, Master.  Just the one cup.  *to Trowa, in undertone, as Quatre pours their drinks*  By the way, I don’t mean to draw attention to it, sir, but your fly is unzipped.

TROWA  Thank you for telling me, Selim.  I had no idea.

Trowa versus Duo, explained

[Quatre, Heero and Wufei, drinking tea together and watching as Trowa dunks on Duo]

QUATRE  It’s strange, isn’t it?  Trowa is usually so kind and quiet.  He doesn’t really talk like that to anyone other than Duo.  I wonder why that is?

HEERO  Duo likes having his braid pulled.  Trowa is indulging him.

QUATRE  Ah!  That makes sense.  :)

WUFEI  Alternative theory: Barton told me that when we were at the Lunar Base he found out you and Maxwell spent half a summer sipping limonana and sunbathing by the pool together at your estate while Barton spent that same time busting his ass at the circus and sleeping on the floor of a caravan so Yuy’s comatose body would have a place to sleep.  It could be that he’s still sore about that.

QUATRE  Oh.  :(  Do you guys think Trowa would feel better if I invited him to spend the summer with me?

HEERO  Yeah, I think he would like that.

QUATRE  *thoughtfully*  You know, Duo and I never did any sunbathing.  We spent a lot of time in the hammam together, though.  It was hot and sweaty and we were naked.  Would Trowa still enjoy that?

WUFEI  *chokes on his tea*

HEERO  Yes, Quatre, I think Trowa would like that a lot.  But you should probably not mention to Trowa that Duo has seen you naked.  That he would not like.

Sanc Kingdom Arc as I perceive it: Heero spent the previous arcs encouraging his friend Trowa to open up and act on his emotions and accept his feelings for that blond cutie he likes with the idea that a little romance might be good for Trowa, only for said blond cutie to break Trowa’s heart.  Now Heero has to spend a month in close contact with the guy who hurt his friend and he is Angry AF because he CANNOT see what Trowa saw in this guy who hurt him so badly.  After getting to know him properly, Heero grudgingly acknowledges that Quatre isn’t completely unworthy of Trowa’s affections after all.

Sanc Kingdom Arc in reality: Actual plot or something idk

"How did you two meet?”

[At a black-tie charity event hosted by Winner Corp., Quatre’s business associates get curious about his arm candy...]

BUSINESSPERSON  So, how did you two meet?

QUATRE  We met at work 🥰

TROWA  “Work?”

QUATRE  Well it wasn’t exactly a holiday.

TROWA  Okay, yes, taking part in an armed rebellion is closer to work than it is to a holiday, but on the other hand: you took me on a 2-day cruise across the Mediterranean and we stayed at a resort.

QUATRE  An MS transport that happens to have good coffee on board does not a cruise make.  And that was my family estate.

TROWA  Which you have since converted into a resort.

QUATRE  Well if my family isn’t staying there anymore, there’s no reason for it to continue being a family estate, is there?

TROWA  That isn’t the point--

QUATRE  Oh look, non-alcoholic champagne!  Come along, dear 😊

Reservations at the Starley Hotel

...or, why Quatre was in such a playful mood when he met Trowa on the ship.

QUATRE  Hello, San Francisco Starley Hotel?  I’d like to reserve a room.  I’m a minor on my own; that’s not a problem, is it?

QUATRE  *spots Trowa boarding the ship*

QUATRE  ...Is that...?

CONCIERGE   I’m sorry, sir, but I didn’t hear the rest of your question.  Can you please repeat it?

QUATRE  Ah, yes!  Could you make that a reservation for two instead?  I’ve just learned that I’ll be traveling with a friend. :)

The (accidental?) seduction of Trowa Barton

QUATRE  *runs out of his mobile suit to yell about how they don’t need to fight (each other), which is something that Trowa has probably been longing to hear*

QUATRE  *is cute and nonthreatening*

QUATRE  *doesn’t mind initiating conversation, but won’t insist on it if you’re not in the mood and seems perfectly comfortable with a companionable silence, which is good because Trowa is not usually the talkative type*

QUATRE  *probably brews the most exquisite cup of coffee Trowa has had in his life*

QUATRE  *gives Trowa a private violin performance and puts him in convenient proximity of an assortment of other instruments so he can join in if he happens to be a skilled musician in his own right*

QUATRE  *unbuttons the top of his shirt while playing*
