It's not her first party, just her first in the last six months, he makes it seem like she's some shut-in. She's not, they're just different. She celebrates big victories by getting together with her family for a couple of hours or by baking cookies and he celebrates small victories by living like there's no tomorrow.

"Fine. Give me an hour to get ready." Any more and she'd immediately regret everything and cancel, any less and she wouldn't have time to convince herself she needed this.

Hi, this isn't related to the topics your blog are about, but you seem really approachable. I'm on my laptop & want to create a fic rec page. I'll type out the fic title, then highlight it, and try to link it with its ao3 link, but it never links properly. It's just the title and there's no link attached. I think it's bc every time I highlight the title & then click on the link icon in customize, the highlight disappears bc I clicked somewhere else. How do you link properly on a laptop? Thanks x

Hey there! Oof, that’s a pain. K let’s see:

So one method you can try is highlighting the title of the fic, then hitting ctrl and K. That opens the input field for the URL of the link without you have to click. 

If that doesn’t work, try clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of the ‘create post’ box and under Text Editor select “HTML.” Then, input text for link. You may then return to “Rich Text” and the link should be there.
