Ingredients: 1 lb Wagyu beef patty. 4 brioche burger buns. 1 cup mixed mushrooms shiitake, cremini, and oyster, sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 cup truffle fonduta sauce. 1/4 cup arugula leaves. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. Season the Wagyu beef patty with salt and black pepper on both sides. Grill the Wagyu patty for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness. Toast the brioche buns on the grill until they are lightly browned. While the patty is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and saut for 4-5 minutes until they are tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper. Once the patty is cooked to your liking, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Spread a generous amount of truffle fonduta sauce on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place a handful of arugula leaves on top of the sauce. Put the grilled Wagyu patty on top of the arugula. Top the patty with the sauted mushrooms.
