My last couple tonight was a wonderful Native American couple who were also both in the military. I offered to do a smudging ceremony and just have in my #TrunkOfWonder a sage stick. After the traditional Western ceremony I added these words. "Go forth in peace. Be still within yourself and know that the trail is beautiful.
