1. All surveys go directly to the Great Place to Work® Institute for analysis. No one at your company sees individual surveys or responses, unless necessary to protect the physical safety of someone. If you are taking the online survey, the survey mail will come directly to you and you will be the only one who can access it using your unique email id and password. After you have answered the survey, you will be emailing it directly to us. For paper pencil surveys, we send questionnaires to your organization in a sealed envelope. We try sending a field agent to at least 1-2 locations. the agents are responsible for administering the survey and collecting the filled questionnaires and sending them back to us. In locations where we are unable to send a field agent, the primary coordinator from your end is responsible for ensuring the distribution of the questionnaires and collecting the filled questionnaires back in the sealed envelope and sending them to us.
2. The raw data from your surveys stays at the Great Place To Work® Institute, India. We collect and store all of the data we receive in a secure server. If there are fewer than 5 respondents in a single demographic category, we will not report the data back to your company. For example if there are four responses for the demographic option indicating that a person has worked for the company for >20 years, we will not report that data by itself.
4. Written comments may be shared with your company in aggregate in case you choose to purchase the Trust Index© feedback report.
