Big lips Flat nose Small tiny boobies Small booty ( but really it's growing ) Long fingers Hard hands Broad shoulders Toes that are all about the same length Long legs A thigh that has the burnt memories from last summer Outtie belly button Seemishly flat stomach Not so chubby cheeks On my back lies my birthmark and acne Long face A wrist that reminds me daily of my heritage Long arms (frequently told to straighten them ..whatever) Hips are just hips Ankles too, Hair is as natural as it gets. This is what sets me apart from everyone in the world. Every women in this world. There are times when I feel like I'm not enough of lady or why did I have to look like this. Sometimes i do want to fit in to the perfect image of a black lady but NO. I'm God's own perfect creation. I can't try to fix what I don't have, each day I'm trying to learn to love my body more. I'm just different. I'm just Michelle Afful duhh.

Nevermind. Silly questions. From a silly kid. She wants to ask you all these questions but she seems to be afraid of what your answers will be. Or maybe you won’t answer because they’re silly.

i have a friend. i love her tons, no doubt. but the way she wears her heart on her sleeve makes me afraid of her sometimes. when she loves you, she's in it for the long run. but sometimes i wish she would be cautious of who hands she places her heart into. even i have learned that lesson. her love is hard. BOTH good and bad..

Honest. I loved him. I loved our conversations we use to have. I loved how he made me feel sometimes. Mama Africa. I loved how he use to make me laugh even if I wasn't in the mood. I loved how he would just listen to me. I loved how he used to tell me things. I still love his voice. I loved how he sang to me. I loved him. Now honest. Even though there are moments when I do miss him. Think about him which is normal. But I don't want him back. Honest.

It’s funny how no one knows exactly how one is able to fall asleep peacefully at night. Or not peacefully. Just sleep. Whether they are laughing with with the one they love or just laying on their bed looking up at their ceiling just thinking about whatever and whoever comes to mind until their eyes feel the need to be sealed. Or how about one just having a conversation with the BIG man upstairs or just crying because they are listening to a meaningful worship song and keeping in mind that the presence of God is there, and he has already taken control of the situation. It’s crazy how things works. No one knows anybody’s story. But someway somehow we are able to fall asleep and move on with the next day. Everything just gets better.. Does it?
