    ❛ ... ... w-where did THAT come from?? ❜   it felt like an eternity until komaru was able to spit out those words without completely falling over herself.  that had just happened , right?  but why?  it was so sudden , she didn’t even have time to comprehend what was going on before--  toko suddenly started... snapping at her? … … huh?   ❛ wha--  you’re MAD at me now?! ❜   what in the world was going on!  just when she thought she’d gotten used to toko’s strange behaviour , she went and did something like this!   ❛ you’re the one who kissed me! ❜   she struggled to find a response , nor could she truly defend herself...  no , of course she wasn’t in the wrong here!  what was almost a touching moment had completely shattered , yet faces still burned brightly amidst the chaos , and that warm feeling had yet to settle inside , so... there was that , at least.

    ❛ i... i’m not saying i DIDN’T like it toki! ❜  komaru quickly defends herself , a finger scratching at her warm cheek as the girl hesitantly smiles.  she was starting to get the feeling that... no matter what she said it would be the wrong answer.  did toko want her to appreciate it?  because it had come from her?  it wasn’t like komaru didn’t , but truthfully she was still confused about it all... what was happening right now?   ❛ you just took me by surprise , is all.  um , but just so we’re clear , you DID mean to do that , right? ❜

    This weird feeling...Wasn’t going away. As much as it irked him, Kokichi had accepted this fact. That weird feeling he got whenever Rantaro was around, talking to him, being nice to him, all of it. It was a nice feeling, but Kokichi couldn’t really describe what it was to himself, even if he tried writing out his thoughts or talking to himself about it. And he was getting desperate to figure out exactly what it was. What made him keep hunting down Rantaro, bothering him for attention, making him things- What was driving it? And of course- How did he get more? His greed and desire to feel the feeling made him want more, was making him push the boundaries little by little. Were they even friends anymore? No, friends didn’t do this.

    Today was no different, Kokichi finding himself bothering the taller for attention, being in his personal space, the whole nine yards. But the shorter found himself wanting to push the boundaries farther- Tired of the slow crawl of acts of affection. He already found himself sitting in the other’s lap as he was doing something, so why not? Kokichi stopped fiddling with the little fidget toy Rantaro had given to distract him, setting it to the side and pausing for a moment. And not even a few moments later, his small hands had grabbed Rantaro’s face and pulled him in to press their lips together. It was messy from inexperience, but there was a sort of hunger there, the yearning for more- To not be left alone in these weird feelings he was having.

    Oh- Well then. That was new to her, but she did feel some guilt about getting up to do something. "I see- My apologies..." It was strange to just sit around and relax when she could be getting so much done, hopefully things wouldn't go awry without her. She watched him get up instead, brushing a few stray hairs out of her eyes. "Wait- Then- Where are you going?"

     “Whaaaat?! Why not?! It’ll help me stay awake for a real long time if it doesn’t kill me, right?!” He’s pouting now, he needs to cause some chaos and it’s been a bit hard with Rantaro watching over him!

   Kokichi could care less about the book he’s reading, but he won’t stop Rantaro from reading it, of course. That would be ‘rude’ apparently. “Sounds boring. You should pay attention to me instead.”

   He snickered to himself as he popped up in between Rantaro’s arms, effectively blocking the book. If he tried hard enough he could still read, he’d be fiiiine. “I’m bored! And it’s been at least an hour since you left me to my own devices! If you’re not careful, I might get in to something because I’m so bored!”

[ crawl ]  for  your  muse  to  crawl  into  bed  with  mine .

Ryota had worked himself too hard again.  Hard enough that he basically collapsed the second he had gotten up.  Why did he keep doing that? The people around him cared about him way too much for him to let himself self destruct. 

And still, he did it. 

He feels the bed beneath him shift and cracks an eye open.  He can’t focus them, not very well, but he sees the familiar and comfortable shape of the person most dear to him.  A soft smile cracks chapped lips. 

“Hey you...” He mumbles softly, turning to snuggle up against Imposter.  “I’m sleeping, I’m sleeping....”

“Don’t get up just yet, I’ll miss having you next to me.” ( twogami to ryota )

“H-huh?” Ryota was going to get up and started on one of his projects, as he had finally gotten some sleep like Twogami had asked of him; the request caught him off guard...

But, he obliges and lays back down, curling up beside the other. 

“I guess I can stay, for a little longer.”

Don’t say something self deprecating Nagito, he hates when you do that. Come on Nagito you can do it. Don’t. Say. Something. Self. Deprecating. 

Nagito clears his throat after a moment of trying to compose himself.  Was....was Hajime serious? 

“Someone so wonderful....would want to...-”

He almost said the self deprecation thing but stopped himself, and though he was still blushing heavily. 

“Well, what are we waiting for Hinata-kun?”
