This morning the carpenters and I had a 6:30 am Facetime with Hong Kong. Used to seem crazy now it’s just buisness as usual. That’s where our clients are currently living and for them it is a 9pm call after a long day and kids are down. I like to think the entire family has visions of cruising their Oregon homestead while dreaming. I know they’re excited. It doesn’t matter where you’re at, we got you. We know the process, know the issues and we have a system. Even before Covid we were savvy to out-of-town clients. We excel at clear communication. Now we’re doing FaceTime walk-throughs when people are halfway across the world and we all walk away knowing details and expectations are being met in a clear manner.
