SUNDAY RUNDAY? Haha. I look so much like my dad in that picture. I really miss him. Anyways, I decided today is #sundayrunday and started week 2 of the zombiesrun5k program. The distance isn't as good as the last couple but that could be because it gets you to stop and calf raises. It felt good though. It's a beautiful 72°out and I was in the shade for part of it. Love running after my pre-run concoction of arginine extreme, mass impact, spark, and rehydrate :) makes me feel like I can conquer anything! Time for my post workout recovery shake!
