Ugh, I think I looked better there, from this morning, than I do now! 🙁. . I haven’t had a flu or stomach up in awhile, but today it got me! I’m just now trying to eat a Green banana 🍌 and some Gatorade. I’m so weak, and been falling asleep off and on the whole day. You ever get those weird pains in various parts of your body, I have that too, and through my stomach. . I also got a call from my Gastroentology Dr office today, saying my breath tests for stomach bacteria cane back positive. So I have the H Pylori bacteria and need antibiotics for 10 days. I am waiting on Dr office to submit through insurance, so that my pharmacy can fill it. . I will be healing this during and after my antibiotics treatment, because I know I’ll need more of the Good bacteria! I’ve got a few supplements I’m going to try and get at the health food store; licorice, probiotics, Pau D Arco (that’s probably not how you spell it), and few other things. Anyone else ever have this bacteria and felt pretty sick from it? 🙏🏼. I’m not trying to complain, just want to make people aware this is very common. Most people don’t have much symptoms. . So I’m still resting, and hoping tomorrow I’ll feel a bit better. . I haven’t even washed my face or brushed my teeth! Ugh, I know. 🤢🤒.
