That's so dumb why would a requirement of your internship be that you have to get paid? Most of Drexel's internships for media arts & design kids are usually unpaid
just for ethical reasons, cause big companies make enough money to pay their interns and the expectation that they should work for free is unfair so my school has a policy against unpaid ones. and I agree with it tbh but like for certain companies i'd be willing to work for free just for the experience and marvel is one of them
