I'm a "try too hard", "do-gooder", a real class act. I'm tired. Tired of trying too hard; of forcing conditions, feelings, creativity, love, etc. Do you ever TRY TOO HARD to: Feel better too soon? Write before there's words? Compete or "keep up" with others? "Feel" something, anything? Control outcomes? Be the best at everything? Be complete and whole? Love unconditionally? Be light? Be lovable? Do "more"? Give "more"? Manage thoughts? Manage other's? If you're anything like me, trying too hard is exhausting! I believe it's okay to just "be". "Be" in the moment of what you're feeling and breathe. There's no right or wrong with how we're feeling. It just IS. In time, just like the weather, those clouds will float on by. Let things go...and in time...there you are.
