A thing just happened as I was playing TS2. A wedding ring appeared all of a sudden in the middle of this family’s living room during a birthday. It then immediately floated ghost-style (not like a walking Sim) out the door and off the lot. It even OPENED THE DOOR.
I’m still trying to figure out the hotel thing in TS2. The one I built as a residential lot and changed the lot zoning into a hotel had lots of decorations in the rooms. The Sims I sent to stay there on vacation ended up paying more and more each day for the room! But when I went into an existing hotel on Twikki island and added paintings to one of the rooms, the price did not go up every day when I sent a Sim to stay there. Now I’m wondering if adding the paintings after it’s converted into a hotel is the trick here. :/

:D Well that's interesting! I think wedding rings on ghosts are solid even though the ghosts themselves are see-through, so my first thought was that maybe there was a ghost on the lot, but I can't see one...
It definitely wasn’t a ghost! My best bet is that one of the married Sims in that ‘hood had just walked by and as they exited through the lot portal the kid grew up at the same time. They couldn’t try to watch the birthday at that point but somehow the ring was able to. XD It was pretty surreal!

Fish, for me anyway, don’t show up as “fresh” food but they’ve been making nothing but fish dishes for more than a generation with the “current level” at zero all this time. But APPARENTLY if you somehow manage to get negative food in the fridge (that’s less than nothing...) you can’t even prepare the 200+ fish that are in the fridge. :/ Did someone scrape the permafrost out of the freezer and use it for sustenance? How did it go from zero to negative ten?!
so I killed one of my sims right? and it had the whole ‘you killed your last sim haha’ message come up.

Also, there was a townie who walked past, and she had smoke coming from her head... is that normal or have I discovered someting? If it means anything, she was furious with the sim who died.
Little known fact; alien babies are installed with anti-gravitational spines.
Beach Ghosts are more fun than all the other ghosts.
Because sometimes you end up with a giant rabbit and a robot dancing together.
