i'm getting pretty good at landscaping for the forgotten memories university courtyard! It still needs the detailing for the friend scenes and placing the open mic coffee shop and then replacing the decos but it was actually so relaxing to do☺️

Maritime Manor? more like...maritime mess
A recreation of the maritime manor from Foxbury in TS4, but with a dingy 70′s theme (though, truth be told, I BARELY have played TS4 Discover University because of how nonfunctional it is.) -- this really isn’t even that dingy, if I saw this place on the market in my college town I’d jump for it LMAO. I do wish I had some of those gross looking ceiling tiles that people put up in basements, because putting those in with some water damage textures would fit the vibe perfectly. This place has 4 bedrooms, some bigger than others, so you could fit a nice big pack of college sims here. Lots of space outside for parties and such. And...definitely evidence of parties past LOL. Though, I feel sorry for the sim who gets the smallest bedroom upstairs...that radiator and the chimney make that space PUNY, but I bet their share of the rent is super ideal. Currently unoccupied because I am still building Foxbury! I made the quad in a previous save, but unfortunately all that work was lost when I installed clean templates...poop.
