I think this really highlights that I LOVE all @martassimsbook creations! the tsr can also be quite neglected due to annoying dl times - but again there’s a lot of creators with some really quality content.
hello! first of all, thank u so much for ur amazing job, ur worlds are my absolute favourites! i was wondering if u would ever condsider sharing your Kokomo save, i am having so much troubles with placing diving lots although i am using enablelotlocking and do everything as the tutorials say...
I am sorry you're having issues with this, specialty lots really are a pain sometimes. While I don't have the save I was playing in back then, it's no problem for me to make one for you as I still have the CAW files handy. I went ahead and made a version with all the lots that did not require store content including the dive lots. The rest can be found via this tag.

I also saw you mentioned that you had an issue with some counters not functioning properly (hopefully you don’t mean during gameplay 🤞🏻).
if you’re installing counters via package rather than by sims3pack the textures tend to get a bit funky when trying to create corner counters. super quick fix is to just click the default preset and that will fix it - then just recolour to fix the other counters🫡
hello! in your house dump, I am confused on where to put the package files, or do i have to download both sim3packs and packages together
when i put the packages in library the houses show up but they lack the cc and some wallpaper etc, how do i do it T.T?
hey! as the package files are converted sims3packs, they SHOULD include all the necessary cc. I cant say for 100% certainty why some of the cc isnt showing up. Other suggestions I can think of is that they either need to be put into your ts3 library folder.
OR if you're having issues with the cc not showing up and its in your library folder, maybe try popping them in your mods folder and seeing if that helps?

before deciding to completely do a fresh reinstall of all my cc i was using s3pe to just merge all my packages into one big fat file - but once they were merged, you couldn't go back to delete any cc you no longer wanted in game😭
obvs ts3 is always going to have performance issues, but cc magic does make a difference, at least to me! it also helps to organise everything
