Brother Witch had been wanting to investigate this ghost family for a while, so I sent him over to say hello after he got over his dropped freezer bunny ice cream.

While I’m still working on recategorizing and disabling some of the decor items I have, I got tired of waiting to finish replacing the sim playing Brother Witch in my WitchHouse save. I really REALLY wanted to use a new sim for this character for... reasons. @johziii was kind enough to agree to me using one of the sims she recently uploaded to replace the old sim I’d been using for this character.

TLDR: Meet the new Brother Witch sim.

He actually looks rather similar in facial features, etc. but I decided to make the change more noticeable by giving him a new hair. This was difficult because he has multi-colored hair in which both green and purple were very noticeable and his entire wardrobe, bedroom, and bathroom were designed around this. A lot of hairs are textured such that individual colors don’t stand out much and tend to blend together.

I settled on this hair for now... but that’s subject to change in the future if I find something better. I’m planning to shortly install all of those lovely lower poly hairs by @agnelid and @bad-egg-pixel so more options shall soon be available.

In order to finish this project, I basically disabled a few hundred of my installed hairs to make up for the decor and furniture items I’m still working on.

Pictured here, how Brother Witch looked after I first got him into his new hair, and then after I put eyelashes back onto him... and I recently discovered there are eyelash sliders! I’m not sure his are quite perfectly aligned yet, but it’s a lot better than the default placement.

New Brother Witch with his glasses on. I think his features are a little more ‘pouty’ now. xD This hair looks more blue than purple. So there’ll definitely be some hair changes in the near future.

He didn’t expect any thanks... nor did he get any... Sister Witch just scowled at him. Nevertheless, he went up to bed satisfied. She went back to try mixing drinks some more.
