There was a new update for The Sims 4 and my CAS is brokennn!! When I try to go to CAS my screen just turns and stays white... WHYYYYYY?????

i kinda broke my sims 4 .... its been almost a half hour and it hasn't went in game yet. my ocd is acting up... its always so fast now so slow , i just wanna break down crying. brb bout to break down crying.
