Rebuild San Sequoia | Parkside Place
I was wondering around Gilbert Gardens Neighborhood and thinking about some flats in San Sequoia. So I found a deco build which inspired me to create this one. It turns out no cc 30x20 apartment block. It has 3 floors: where the 1st is for commercial and 2nd\3rd for flats.
So on the 1st floor we have bubble tea café where ur sims can wait their little ones and have some drinks either inside or outside.
And kids' mini school, which I see as a place for additional classes. For now, I place some art craft tables there, but also it can be anything u need while playing.
2nd and 3rd floors where flats should be for now are unfurnished. U can get this fully furnished build (and many more others) on my Patreon page soon as part of the "rebuild the world" project for my no cc save file.
