ok i feel like the current lightwoods (izzy, alec) descended from baby alex? Cassie always does this thing where descendants have similar characteristics of their ancestors and both alex and alec have blue eyes and im guessing its the same hue bc alec has a similar shade to Will’s and Cecily’s which means alex inherited cecily’s blue eyes that were passed down to his descendants (robert, alec etc)
