I love all of the little details and consistency! Simply stunning and captures the mood of the show very well

He’s more SFV backgrounds from mixed sources!
Some seem to be from a video game? That’s so interesting! It astonishes me how much patience and research had to go into each one
Oskars “bedroom” aka mausoleum is the only one that looks like a human grave.
A child’s grave, at that. With the portrait of him as a cherub with wings.
The bell is the one that buried alive people would ring to alert that they were still alive in the ground!
It was later removed, which makes me think people didn’t like the connotation of a child being buried alive and took it out as too heavy
Oskar bringing home Sunshine from the woods in the Walpurg episode;
(Useless information on my hyperfixation coming up!)
We learn adult vampires can lift five times their body weight (and stoker did 4 so I’m thinking Oskar did just a little less than him? Stoker likes to show him up)
How far away was she taken into the woods? Oskar was alone in bringing her home, and he obviously didn’t fly her home. Lifting “five times” their body weight means their bat weight. So bats are mega light, and it took 6 of them to carry Polidori and 4 to carry Sunshine. STRONG!!
Maybe Oskar had to walk a few miles?! Sunshine on his back. They’re both, say, 41kg/90lbs given age, gender, and stature. 41x3.9=160kg and 90x3.9=351lbs.
How heavy is a coffin lid on the sport competition? They benched it. Sources say about 68kg/150lbs for a full coffin. So let’s say 32kg/70lbs for the lid. They open their own coffins everyday. They have a good handle on that but they barely struggle in the competition.
It takes on average 40 minutes to walk 2 miles. But they’re in the nighttime woods and Oskar is carrying (in human terms) the equivalence of a large truck tire. As a human this is like if a kid his age were to carry a 2 year old, they would be the same amount of tired in 40 min.
He also had to go in thru her window because he never goes in the front door by himself. He has to climb in. The window is basically Oskars height with a mid-ledge he climbs up on first. So he also has to silently climb up a ledge, open the window, and climb over into the room with a car tire on his back. Yet he had the strength to tuck her in AND fly back home.
So with all of this research, I can inference that Oskar barely struggled carrying Sunshine home (about 3.2km/2mi) after she was taken by Walpurg as a hostage. And I think that’s super interesting.
Well we know who the artist is
But how did Oskar meet Sunshine??
Because I’m sure Oskar didn’t say anything first.
I could see Oskar following her around a little, just fascinated. Until Sunshine gets annoyed that this weird short guy keeps following her and starts talking to him.
All of their “bedrooms” have art on the wall.
Stokers is the first photo with a skeleton.
Oskars is the second one with the beach scene with the sun, birds, and even a palm tree with shadow.
