This is a sculk au rainbow and Sabre have been taken over by it and they few people who remain are people like void, nightmare, plague, ect this being possible because galaxy had gotten infected and because he hold the core of the universe messed with everything so now almost everyone but a few people are infected galaxy unlike the others infected he has some consciousness and has some control over the sculk despite this he doesn't realize for awhile that Sabre and rainbow aren't conscious because they repeat conversation they had in life it's only after the third time that he realized he's alone
