Warabi Mochi Parfait The matcha soft serve didn't taste as good as before, it felt like they used slight old matcha powder which has oxidised a bit to make it rather than fresh matcha powder . The crunchy bits of genmai still taste good, they had a roasted, nutty flavour to it. The wafer was okay and the warabi mochi had a smooth jelly like texture to it. I thought it would be nice if they added some brown sugar syrup on it.
