tsukinoyouna ;
❛ the master desires your presence, orihime-sama. ❜
she wasn’t entirely sure how long she had been in this room ( it was hard to tell when the view outside of her barred window never changed ). a few days at least, based on the pattern of ulquiorra’s visits. he arrived at every meal to make sure she’d eaten. this arrancar, however, was not ulquiorra. the teen fidgeted in uncertainty. why did aizen wish to see her? was she supposed to help him mend the hougyoku so soon after her arrival?
would she get to destroy it so soon?
gaze shifting towards the floor, fingers clasp in front of her; a silent signal that she would accompany him without a struggle. she was silent as they walked down the white halls of las noches; outwardly a picture of calm and serenity. inwardly her stomach churned and rolled in apprehension. she understood the moment she destroyed the hougyoku, her life was FORFEIT.
why wasn’t ulquiorra escorting her? whether she liked it or not, the pale espada had become a fixture in the endless night hours of hueco mundo; his presence a foothold to something structured. was he already with aizen? or somewhere else in las noches? would he be punished for her lack of loyalty? every step was another stone in her belly, weighing her down with questions and anxiety. why why why?
by the time the arrancar stepped to the side and a section of the wall shifted aside to allow her to pass through, orihime had worked herself into a frenzy, noticeable only by the hitch in her breathing and way her thumb ground into a small scar on the wrist of her other hand. she stepped into the dimness of the room; not the throne room, or even the room he’d shown the hougyoku in. she strained to make out shapes from the shadows.
❛ ... aizen-sama? ❜
tsukinoyouna replied to your post:Does that mean I cannot take you from behind,...
But you would still dislike it, if I understood your response correctly? Or perhaps I am mistaken, and you would like to correct /me/?
— 虚無 — “Of course I would not dislike it, Aizen-sama. Please forgive my inaccurate answer.”
