Watching Naruto Shippuden, and I've noticed even in the infinite tsukuyomi world, the civilians still hate Naruto for being a Jinchuriki.
The only difference is they keep it to themselves because his parents are alive this time around.
The civilians in those kinds of au and timelines shouldn't know about Naruto's Jinchuriki status because Minato and Kushina wouldn't have told them or let that information leak.

Sooooo...I found an old audio of an aparent *confession* scene of Shikamaru to Ino. I don't have any idea where it came from but I think it may be from a cd-drama or even one of the old radio shows. In any case, I really liked it so...I recreated the scene in a comic!! 😆🙌
