honestly, i am super hyped. they’re my boys! and a collab between the two of them is an absolute dream! but at the same time, i want it to be handled correctly, y’know? i can’t imagine jesse isn’t privy to all the discussion about dbh’s racism and other offensive themes, and i do trust him to deal with it appropriately, but i’ve still got some residual anxiety over the whole thing. more than anything, i’m just interested to see how it’ll play out. i’m sure we’ll all learn something in the process!

I remember watching a cover of Gravity by an actor and actress from the WICKED musical on YouTube with guitar and piano accompaniment, and now I have a headcanon that Jon learns to play the guitar at some point, and he accompanies Damian on the piano and they sing Gravity together and it becomes their song and I just HGHFJKSLAJDJKSJSHDJWN
