Fidgeting in his spot, Haru turned his face away from the other. Talking about such a thing was always...embarrassing for him. For the longest time all of his friends thought Haru was simply a beta, not quite fitting into one of the extreme categories but simply the middle most “normal” one. It wasn’t until recently that his friends were discovering otherwise and he had to explain himself each and every time. The only people he actually knew that were alphas, however, were Makoto, Rin, and Sousuke. The others Haru couldn’t be sure of and he didn’t feel like asking. He simply knew because of their reaction to him.
With a hum, he nodded. “It’s not good for your body long term. And...I plan on swimming with you for a long time so...I wanted to do what was best but, this is going to be my second heat without the suppressant. They want you to have your first so that your body can sort of get used to it but...god, mine was awful.” Not being in control of his own feelings and body was the absolute worst part.
In all honesty, he felt terrible. His head was pounding, his skin was clammy, his entire body ache, he knew he had a fever, his hormones were raging, his gut was churning...Eventually Haru sat down and covered his face with his hands and sighed into them. “Sorry...I just feel really weak. And sick...”
He felt like throwing up but his whole body was also tingling. From the tip of his toes to the tip of his scalp, he felt his body was buzzing with electricity. And god, the smell of the other was both thrilling and nauseating. Damn....
“I...don’t know. I’m not sure what to do or what...people do when this happens. Have you ever...with an omega...before?” Maybe Rin would have advice.
