There’s a storyline that you can either play alone or with a fireteam, on most of the player maps there are beacons that give you little mini-missions that earn you points for things, and there are also strikes (recommended with a fireteam), and PVP.

also the Hive has Thralls which are waaaay too much like Husks and a lot more slashy with claws so that part is awful.

I like destiny, sort of! It’s a good game to play with friends or a good team in general, though some parts can be super spooky (especially on the Moon, ugh I hate Hive). Three classes to choose from, and each class has 2 subclasses so lots of choice
