What’s your characters ethnic background? African-American

Who are your characters friends and family? Who does she/he surround him/herself with? Who are the people your character is closest to? Who does he/she wish he/she were closest to? Eden Love, he met her through mutual friends and has considered her family ever since. Kyrie also has a nine year old sister Kayleigh. He wishes he had more male friends, other than his coworkers, who he could talk sports with, etc. 

Where was your character born? Where has she/helived since then? Where does she/he call home? He was born in Oakland, CA. Currently resides in Houston, TX.

How do they support themselves financially? Kyrie works as a materials engineer. He mainly works with metal, ceramics, and plastics used to create new material. Kyrie develops, processes, and tests materials used to created products such as computer chips and aircraft wings.

When has your character been in love? Had a broken heart? Yes, when Kyrie first moved to Houston he met Tatiana and the two hit it off quicker than he expected. Dealing with the loss of his parent’s along with their busy schedule’s often caused corruption in their relationship and Kyrie thought it was best that the two just remain friends. Since then he hasn’t really had any luck with relationships.

What is it that they most dislike? Negativity: Kyrie is a very optimistic individual and takes pride in encouraging people. He is all about uplifting others, and dislikes those who are negative.

How are they with friends? Kyrie is all for having a good time, so whenever he’s around his friends he tries to be as lively as possible. 

How are they with family? Kyrie loves being around his family, growing up his entire family all lived in the same neighborhood as him and if ever given the opportunity, he would move his family out to Houston with him.

How do they behave in a relationship?  Kyrie loves to treat his woman like the queen she is. Just constantly letting her know how beautiful she is, and how blessed he is to have her. At times he can be a bit possessive. Kyrie feels that you belong to him and only him.

How do they respond to a threat? Kyrie doesn’t want Kayleigh to ever see him act out of character, but if need be, he will do whatever to protect himself along with his family.

Fastest way to annoy this person? Constant nagging.

Quickest way to get on their good side? Be able to hold a good conversation.

Are you an only child? How many siblings do you have? Are they close or are they estranged? Kyrie has a younger sister, Kayleigh, who he considers his own seed. The two are very close.

Favorite music genre? Hip Hop and R&B

Things they like to do? Kyrie usually works throughout the day, but during his free time he likes to watch documentaries. Doesn’t matter the topic, if it’s a documentary, he’s probably seen it. Lately he’s been trying to invest in stock, he’s currently been reading articles on how to get started.

Things they are afraid of? Death. I mean we all have to go one day, but Kyrie has dealt with this fear as far back as elementary.

How does your character like to celebrate his or her birthday? Kyrie isn’t the type to go all out for his birthday, spending time with his little sister is enough for him. He does accept bottles and gift cards to Neiman Marcus, or Nike though.

What is their perception of their family? Strong. With all the shit his family has faced the last few years, they’ve still managed to remain strong and rise above the adversities.

Did they grow up rich or poor? Middle Class. His father was an officer in the United States Air Force while his mother worked as a secretary at a high school near their home in Oakland.

Did they grow up nurtured or neglected? Nurtured

What is their view about them self? Kyrie often feels like he doesn’t take the time out to relax and actually enjoy himself. 
He feels he should sometimes take his own advice when it comes to having a good time.

What living person do they most despise? Whoever had to do with the death of his parents.

What is your characters name? Does the character have a nickname? Cheyenne Salem Ricardo De Luca. He goes by Chey

What’s your characters ethnic background? He is one hundred percent Panamanian.

Who are your characters friends and family? Who does she/he surround him/herself with? Who are the people your character is closest to? Who does he/she wish he/she were closest to? His biological family were all wiped out in an earth shattering hurricane. Back in Panama.  He was raised by friends of his father’s in Texas and they are the only family he knows now. He wish he was close to any of his biological family members.

Where was your character born? Where has she/helived since then? Where does she/he call home? He was born in  Bocas Town, Bocas Del Toro, Panama. He was illegally bought to the states before the fatal hurricane came for his family. He got settled in at Texas as a toddler and spent the rest of his life in Texas.

When has your character been in love? Had a broken heart? He believes he’s in love now. He’s a hopeless romantic and believe love is the answer to everything bad. He also believes it can heal all pain and solve all problems.  He hasn’t had a broken heart yet. He has been let down and that has broken his heart before though.

What is it that they most dislike? He hates being judged for not being as well dressed. Or when people criticize his dirty clothing. Only because he or his family can afford any new ones. He hates to hear someone brag about shoes because the two pair he owns both has holes in the soles. 

How are they with friends? Cheyenne is a really good friend. He loves his friend whenever he makes a true one. He’s one hundred percent selfless and puts his friends on a pedestal. 

How are they with family? With the people who raise him, he’s very respectful. He says yes ma’am and no ma’am. He follows their directions. He still asks for permission to do certain things, and still shows them the utmost respect when he’s away in his dorm and they’re home.

How do they behave in a relationship? Chey worships his lover. He likes to make special gifts with his hands and give them to them as presents. He likes to spend time with them, and listen to their day.  Cheyenne likes to cater to his lover and  always spend time with them. He loves to love. So even when things get rocky in his relationship he’s not the type to leave or walk away. 

How do they respond to a threat? Chey is a crier. If someone threatens him, he’ll believe them easily. And if he feels his life is in danger. He’ll try to cry his way out of it or at least alert the authorities as quick as possible. 

Fastest way to annoy this person? Constant negativity. 

Quickest way to get on their good side? You don’t have to do anything but be yourself. Everyone is on his good side until they give him a reason to feel otherwise.

Are you an only child? How many siblings do you have? Are they close or are they estranged? Chey is the only child now. His siblings were also swept away in the hurricane. However, they were much older. Like mid thirties on down. He never got to know them. He has a few photos with them.

Favorite music genre? White noise

Things they like to do? Talk on the phone. Cuddle. Watch Tv. Clean up.  Make out. Sing songs. Cook. 

Things they are afraid of? To go a whole lifetime without experiencing real love.

How does your character like to celebrate his or her birthday? His guardians make him a tray of macaroni and cheese.  He has never received a gift or anything because they couldn’t afford it. But he’s always very appreciative and happy for the Macaroni and cheese.

What is their perception of their family? Loving, Cherishing and Nurturing. Just like him.

Did they grow up rich or poor? He grew up really poor. He’s still dirt poor.

Did they grow up nurtured or neglected? Nurtured.

What is their view about them self? He doesn’t really know himself yet. He knows that one day he’s going to do great things as long as he keeps God first and believes in love. 

What living person do they most despise? Chey could never bring himself to actually despise someone. He doesn’t despise anything in this world.

Jade Heather Dupree. Most refer to her as Jay or simply Jade.

What’s your characters ethnic background?

Both parents are African-American but her mother has Native American ancestry. She’s never been familiar with that culture so for the most part, she claims Black as her ethnicity. 

Who are your characters friends and family? Who does she/he surround him/herself with? Who are the people your character is closest to? Who does he/she wish he/she were closest to?

Jade mostly surrounds herself with people who like to enjoy the nightlife or just have fun in general. She’s lived in Houston for her entire life so a lot of her friends are from the city, nearby, or from college. When people travel to Houston, she’s one of the people they call to find out what’s going on. The relationship with her parents is one she wishes was better. She’s closest to her grandmother and family members in the same age group.

Where was your character born? Where has she/he lived since then? Where does she/he call home?

From Houston, Texas, Jade hasn’t lived outside of the state. She claims this as her home but she also sees herself living in Miami for her residency.

How do they support themselves financially?

Financially, she’s never really had to work a 9-5 except for in undergrad when she worked at the mayor’s office for a while. Her family has money and made her focus on education rather than spending time doing anything else. Now, she participates in music videos for a little extra cash on the side. 

When has your character been in love? Had a broken heart?

Jade has been in love just as many times as she’s been heartbroken and it’s been a handful. Because of the turmoil, she’s decided to keep relationships at bay and not take anything too seriously. 

What is it that they most dislike?

Although it follows her wherever she goes, Jade will say she hates drama and continue to find herself going through unnecessary situations at her own doing. Aside from that, she really dislikes people who bite their nails.

How are they with friends?

Whew. Jade can be the greatest friend you’ve ever had. From having a good time to making sure you’re okay to being supportive as hell. Her downfalls come when men are involved. She’s a flirt and loyalty falters when it comes to who her friends are dating or bringing around. 

How are they with family?

Really family oriented. She’s an only child but is really close to her aunts, uncles, cousins, and especially her grandmother. Both parents are active in her educational life, putting her in positions to be in medical school. She remembers everyone’s birthday and is the family member that comes around with a fun spirit like it’s just never a dull moment. She hasn’t told any of them really about her side hustle but she’s going to come out about it soon since her mother is considering running for governor. 

How do they behave in a relationship?

Once Jade is in a relationship or really into someone, there’s nothing that can be done to break that bond, dating both men and women. Flirtation is natural to her but she won’t take it beyond being friendly. She caters to her significant other and is submissive. She loves hard and can be extra when something goes wrong. 

How do they respond to a threat?

Jade most definitely responds to threats. She usually uses her words before action but it’s escalated to the point where she’s had to physically defend herself and she’s not above doing so either. She can be an antagonist, pushing things too far just to get a rise out of her opponent.

Fastest way to annoy this person?

She finds it extremely annoying when people pester her, constantly in her face or can’t take a hint. Her blocklist is ever expanding.

Quickest way to get on their good side?

You start off on her good side and to stay there, pretty much don’t be placid. She gets bored easily so keep her spirits up with good conversation, a thrill, and material items always do well too.

To her knowledge, she’s an only child.

Favorite music genre?

Either old school R&B or Southern hip-hop.

Things they like to do?

Party, shop, go to upscale events, travel, try new foods, volunteer.

Things they are afraid of?

Losing her family or disappointing them.

How does your character like to celebrate his or her birthday?

Go big or go home. She’s going out of the country or having a big fancy dinner with her best girlfriends. For her 24th, she’s deciding between a yacht party a girls trip to Tahiti.

What is their perception of their family?

Her family is very well put together, an example of black excellence. They’re also judgemental and closed minded.

Did they grow up rich or poor?

Upper-middle to upper. Both of her parents work within the state of Texas government and their success climbed the older she got.

Did they grow up nurtured or neglected?

A little bit of both. Her paternal grandmother doubled as her best friend and guardian while her parents were too busy working to give her as much attention.

What is their view about them self?

Jade thinks highly of herself but doesn’t like to take herself too seriously. She knows she has pulls and connections all over the city and knows plenty of people but she also knows a lot of it comes from her parent's notoriety. She’s done pretty well with being her own plug in recent years.

What living person do they most despise?

Besides the orange occupying the white house, annoying professors.

What’s your characters ethnic background? He’s British Mexican

Who are your characters friends and family? Who does she/he surround him/herself with? Who are the people your character is closest to? Who does he/she wish he/she were closest to? His family are rich people in the UK. And he surrounds himself with them when he’s home. While he’s here he befriends anyone as long as they don’t take and steal from them. He wish he was closest to his older sister.

Where was your character born? Where has she/helived since then? Where does she/he call home? He was born in London, UK.

How do they support themselves financially? Deven has super rich parents and he definitely allows them to take care of him and his spoiled habits.

When has your character been in love? Had a broken heart? He has never been in love but he said he was before. No, he has never had a broken heart.

What is it that they most dislike? People who are jealous of him and his blessed family. The ones who feels he’s undeserving of all his blessings.

How are they with friends? He’s a dude that loves a good time and competition since he’s crazy competitive. He enjoys groups activities where it could be a winner and a loser and he’s always coming up with ways to do so. Just so he can rub it in his friend’s face. He may be annoying actually.

How are they with family? Deven is spoiled rotten. And that’s how he acts with his family

How do they behave in a relationship? Deven is a wee bit controlling.  He has to have his way too or he’d have an attitude. Deven has a temper.

How do they respond to a threat? He would try to hurt you before you hurt him. If not, he’s telling the authorities.

Fastest way to annoy this person? Be serious all the time.

Quickest way to get on their good side? Have on some fresh ass clothing.

Are you an only child? How many siblings do you have? Are they close or are they estranged? He has a older sister who is a famous actress in the UK. They are estranged because she hates how spoiled he is. 

Favorite music genre? Hip Hop. All kinds.

Things they like to do? Play games. Fuss playfully. Wrestle. Have sex.

How does your character like to celebrate his or her birthday? Deven goes all out with a different theme every year. This year he’s considering arriving to the party site in a helicopter.

What’s your characters ethnic background? He’s Cape Verdean 

Who are your characters friends and family? Who does she/he surround him/herself with? Who are the people your character is closest to? Who does he/she wish he/she were closest to? His friends are family are still in Cape Verde. His new friends are more than likely other college students at University of Houston or people who has came into his job. He wishes he was close with a plethora of people. He’s very social.

When has your character been in love? Had a broken heart? Yes, in his freshman year. He had a boyfriend who cheated on him. It closed his heart off to the idea. 

What is it that they most dislike? Hands down, Liars.

How are they with friends? He’s a very social person. So he’s always the one suggesting sleep overs and going out to have fun.

How are they with family? Gio is one of the most reliable one in his family. And he’s easily the most intelligent so he’s a yes man for his family. 

How do they behave in a relationship? He’s honest in a relationship but he’s a tad bit insecure. He’s distrusting and always second guessing stuff. He believes in going through someone’s phone and all that. 

How do they respond to a threat? It depends on who’s threatening him. 

Fastest way to annoy this person? Date him and tell him not to question you. 

Quickest way to get on their good side? Just be fun loving and positive and he’s drawn to you.

Are you an only child? How many siblings do you have? Are they close or are they estranged? Gio is an only child.

Things they like to do? Sleepovers is his favorite. Eating junk food. And camping.

Things they are afraid of? Having to experience racism with an armed police officer.

What is their perception of their family? He feels that he came from a good family because they were kind enough to put him through school.

What’s your characters ethnic background? African American Father + Armenian Mother = Afro Armenian

Ivy’s father was absent in his life. His mother was an escort who moved from place to place to try to find an easier life. He’s really close with her. There’s also a 54 year old gentleman that he vents to and that funds his entire life. 

Where was your character born? Where has she/helived since then? Where does she/he call home? Ivy was born in Los Angeles, California. And has only been there and to Houston, Texas. Where currently resides. He doesn’t call anywhere home.

When has your character been in love? Had a broken heart? Ivy has never had a broken heart. Most of the people he has been involved with was for a monetary value.

What is it that they most dislike? Anything school and learning related. He hates. He feels as if it slows him down rather than helps him.

How are they with friends? Ivy is a great friend. He tries to be loyal and truthful to them. He struggles with the honesty part of it all though.

How are they with family? He’s very distant from them. He doesn’t regret it. He and his mother is super close until she tries to tell him what to do. 

How do they behave in a relationship? Ivy is very sneaky in a relationship and more than likely can’t be trusted. 

How do they respond to a threat? He’d pay absolutely no mind until it actually happens. He’s not easily scared or scarred.
