Since the people of Efornia live in the tree tops with dangerous beasts below (as said in the map post), how many of them learn to combat the beasts to make their lives easier? And what kind of creatures lurk the forest grounds of Efornia?
For the people of Efornia to defend themselves from any bottom threats below, they have bred their own giant, carnivorous plant creatures who gather at the base of their tree homes (think like how a Venus Flytrap plant looks like for the "visual"):
The people of Efornia call these defense plants "Terrafirms", and revere them well as one would for a prized guard dog. Some even above in the trees breed their own specialty Terrafirms to act as household pets (but just smaller/more docile to be around families).
As far as the kind of "dangerous" creatures that lurk down in the Efornia forests, that would include gargantuan-sized predator insects such as Killawasps (giant-wasps), Drainers (giant Mosquito-like bugs), and Centabugs (aka giant-centipedes). To the average human they're quite deadly to face and only those specifically-trained mages are ever sent down to "eliminate" those who get too close to their civilizations.
