I mean how are calculating uncles? Zixuan is retroactively OC's posthumous uncle, right? Does that make JGY also kind of her uncle? The connection is much more tenuous but a case could be made that they already have all the same uncles except obviously swap out their dads

No no if we’re talking uncles jl has: jc, mxy, jgy, wwx, lxc (though jgy), nmj, nhs (cause he constantly calls jgy San-he), and (through both wwx and lxc) lwj.

Oc has: wwx, jzy, and maybe lwj.

She’s got no connection to the Jin clan except for jl because fuck if jc is gonna consider any of those assholes as related to him. Plus I don’t think your father’s sister’s husband’s half brother can really be considered an uncle....

With the adoption(?) Au, where Jc has A KID, i read through it. And some news for you, i have ONE half brother, but from my HALF sisters, i get THREE more, one big bro and two little bros. I have ONE full sister #twins, and with her, i share ONE little half SISTER, and three half big sisters, from where i get their HALF little SISTER and half big sister. All in all, i got 11 siblings, and i don't care if they don't all share even half blood with me. They count because i want them to count.

And if i ever get kids, they got an army of cousins.

And friend or foe with Jin Ling? Puh-lease, i hated/loved one of my cousins who is an annoying brat but fun to play games with, so why not make it both for her as well. Gotta love that family love. One day all lovey dovey, the next WAR.

(This is to explain why i find what you write as funny because of my own experience. I didn't find out till i was 14 that not all of my counted siblings had blood ties with me and i was like "well, fuck it, i already counted them, might as well ignore that shit you just told me")
