Chapter 6 is out!! Of couse back by unpopular demand: Me!!!

Both of them love their kingdoms to death, they'd sacrifice their wants just for peace, after years of disputes, the End and some of the Over World kingdoms have worked though their differences and peace seems in reach. Xisuma wants to escape the End's controlling nature over him, once a soon to be King, now disgrace, who's only purpose is to be pretty and be exchanged for something, and Keralis, a King who is willing to take that hand in marriage, even if it is against of what he believes just for the chance to let the other man be free again, and hoping not to become another prison

TTTHTM Chapter 5 is on the works >:D, not beta'd yet but here the first few parragraphs:

The castle had fallen silent after the first day. It wasn’t like the couple wasn’t speaking, they hadn't gone past the awkward stage of their marriage and were trying to fall into a sense normalcy. None of them really ready to address their first night together. And neither was ready to admit how much that night damaged the little progress they had made.

Xisuma had gotten his measurements taken on a Thursday morning. Keralis suggested Xisuma also asked for suits if he felt like it. So he did. The seamstresses had delivered a beautiful mix of suits and dresses made for the weather in the middle of the week. Keralis never complained about Xisuma’s preference towards wearing suits. The king had also never complimented him either.

Xisuma tentatively wore one of the dresses one day, he was met with some indifference about his appearance with his husband. He felt like his presence was purposefully going unnoticed.

The omega feeling unsure of his act as the days went by. In a way it was freeing being able to tentatively be himself without some backlash. Without fear. Still he felt like there would be a point where Keralis wouldn't like his actions, when he would cross the line between acceptable and unforgivable and only now he had to wait and see what would happen when it did. He knew the line had to be somewhere. Right? 'He is an alpha after all'

So far it seemed that they mostly saw each other whenever they had to eat a meal, and whenever they were in bed. Otherwise Keralis would be trying to get some time with his advisers and Xisuma would be in the library. Between books and dictionaries he was getting a wider vocabulary, something that would be expected of a royal. So far Keralis seemed to like hearing about the books Xisuma had picked up. So far Xisuma guessed that his level of education didn't seem like a threat.

Recently Hypno was rarely in the castle. He had been sneaking out with a knight and some of the others. Not that Xisuma would complain, books seemed to be enough company. Not that he would force the maid to be his as his mother once would. Still, that left the newly wed omega mostly alone with his thoughts and his books.

Xisuma, for the first time was feeling fully trapped in real loneliness, but for now without the predatory judging eyes on him at all times. A blessing and a curse depending when you asked him.

On a Thursday afternoon the omega and Ren had a small meeting in the saloon. Playing instruments to their heart’s content. He was glad he was at least getting one friend out of everything here. He had gotten someone that would see him as an equal, one musician more, someone to be joined in a symphony. Ren had seen Xisuma’s skill and was called by it. Even inviting him to maybe learn some of the melodies the Over World had to offer.

Xisuma looked forward to be able to share the music of his home too. Maybe there could be other things he could bring from his past to accompany his present. I'd be silly to suggest he wouldn't try to remember the place he could've consider home. So far Ren was determined to keep him company. To let him enjoy the sounds of the Over World or to listen to the melodies of The End. To excitedly discuss genre and technique around any instrument.

It felt warm.

I'm so sad that TTTHTM chapter 8 will likely be short (6kish words), I don't like that lmao but I'm travelling and my brain is screaming that i need to finish this fic xd.

I think I can finish writing The Tide That Hugged the Moon by Agust 4th lmao, but the ending will be probably likely be posed on the 15th.

As well as the prologue of Memoir of a Drifter on the 10th Probably
