This scene was so autism of Mario I just felt like pointing it out
Despite getting actively mocked, he does not respond to any of Rawks heckling and instead instantly looks at the belt (implying that he was too focused on it to either notice what he was saying, or just avoiding any eye contact in general) He straight up ignores him just to tell Yoshi about it because it’s more important to him, (also note the fact that, despite him being in ear range, Rawk didn’t hear Mario saying it’s fake, implying he didn’t say it, and considering the motion, he might’ve actually signed it. Non verbal moment)
And then after everything, he gets asked "i guess he’s pretty mad huh?”just to be like "idk not sure".
