First night of shooting was a success! Happy Born Day to one of my closest friends @tuckerbarkley. This was from the incredible World of Dance performance this past year. 🙌🏽🙌🏽 As I was looking for a dance clip to post I came across our texts from when @mad_rayn was in the hospital in NYC. With the time zone and Crohns stress flare I was trying to stay as calm as possible with @ryanabeo on the phone, so Tucker was there for me to freak out on via text at all hours. As I was trying to not loose my mind, my fellow Capricorn kept reminding me of my strength and telling me to breathe. I am so used to being the cheerleader for people, so it was nice to have someone do that for me during that ordeal. I am lucky to call him a friend. I have an endless number of talented friends in my life, but Tucker is definitely one of the most brilliant. Please excuse this bragging about a friend moment :) I met @tuckerbarkley little more than 4 years ago at a dance event and I am now proud to call him one of my closest friends. One of the most talented dancers and choreographers I have ever seen. He has choreographed videos and performed with artists like Cher, Jason Derulo, Britney Spears and Justin Bieber and Janet Jackson. This is a video from his class last night. Never gets old watching talented people that I consider family, doing what they love. This is Tucker Barkley and Laura Edwards Demonstrating Tuckers combo to this song. I've watch a few of Tuckers Choreo's and really like his "ticking" style, he seems to like to add odd positioning to many of his moves combined with lots of quick on beat movement which I really like to see... luckily he seems to have the partners/students that can keep up with his minds/bodies movements.
