Max usually helps Tuli with his ideas, such as make shelters for toons or funds for charity. But he still accepts help other toons to demand their abusive studios.

Ok! so! here I am! in the BATIM OC’s hell! xDDD
so, the other day, I ask miss eliana about Toontown, but she answerd me that the creator of this place was miss @the-vampire-inside-me. In that conversation I make an observation to miss eliana, what abouth legall issues?, I mean, toontown need lawers and influencial humans for exist, is it? besides, there is much pain in the most of batim OC, some others animation studio should be doing it right whit their toons, so! I create this pair for that,
The little birdy is Tuli luli, a dancer and singer in acme’s show, she was like a corist and dancer, in fac, she was inspirates for the famous case of Alice Barker, sure you know it, she is the little of 4, she is shy, kind and quiet, but instead is really brave, like REALLY, and thats kind of weird for someone of her SIZE. Because of that she is now most of the time an activist who fight for help other toons not as lucky as her... sometimes she made an aparition in her original show or other acmes’s shows because she still love it and it’s more publicity for her cause.
Fun fact, she can’t talk! actually she just... twitt, like a bird, but all toons can understand her, not all humans of course, sometimes she drawn or write in paper for communicate purposes, she is good an arts.
The human is Max (Maxwell) Acme, is the grandson of Marvin Acme, the owner of acme’s studios and is a lawyer. he grew up surrounded by all amazing kind of toons, he loves them and Tuli luli was his bestfriend since forever, of course, he can understand her perfectly. They try their best for the good of all toons, and max is part of the Acme’s Law Firm and helps some toons to sue for abusive animation studies.
Most of the time his a kid in grown man's pants but he take seriouslly his job and he feels good when it manages to help toons or humans to live in peace. He is very good at drawing.
Sometimes Avelle makes his life a hell in court, but the lovely officer Angelica is there for some help ( @spudinacup). And for the revel angel ( @the-vampire-inside-me) and the ink demon (@thelostmoongazer) how knows!
So Tuli luli sisters, Cutie lili and Pretty lulu (twins) and the big one, Precious Birdy, she is the only one how can talk!
