Visualization Tip
If you’re struggling to visualize your tulpa’s form when they move, then a useful tip is to visualize them in slow motion. While visualizing them in slow motion, study their movements carefully and pay close attention to the detail. You can start in super slow motion and then gradually work your way up to regular speed.
If you start struggling on higher speeds, take a step back and cover your bases before trying again. There’s no shame in messing up! This is moreso for getting used to visualizing movement if you’re not used to it, or if your tulpa has a form that moves in a way that you’re not used to.
