what do you think about the umbrella academy series? i feel like seeing gerards interviews for the series on netflix was petty cool and his new song for the show was pretty good too it gave hesitant alien vibes

So, I’ve honestly never read the comics, so I’m just going off the TV series and I think it’s pretty good! S1 definitely kept me on my toes and I genuinely just really enjoyed it. Watching the trailer for s2, I honestly thought it looked... okay. I didn’t think it seemed too exciting, but I’m still definitely gonna watch! Gerard’s interviews for the shows are so awesome. You can tell he’s totally into it too and just appreciates how they did the show.

I honestly found Here Comes the End to be pretty ‘meh,’ to be honest, but I can totally tell why it gave you HA vibes for sure! I did like his covers for the first season though, especially his Hazy Shade cover. It would be nice to know if he comes out with any more new music/covers for s2, but time will tell! Thanks for the little discussion!
