CiM Testing: ‘Aloha’
Well, aloha, Aloha! My, you’re a pretty little devil.
Aloha is a rich, bright, dark turquoisey blue. It’s surprisingly streak-free, for a blue like this, and it doesn’t pit or fizz like Effetre Dark Turquoise 236 does. Darker than CiM Fremen, Aloha is just a glorious, happy, bright blue. It’s great to work with too; a straightforward, unfussy glass.
For the sets pictured I encased the Aloha with CiM Frost. All stringerwork is CiM Class M Planet; words about that one to follow shortly. Both photographs were taken in natural daylight. The top photo shows the beads in their shiny state and the beads in the second photo were tumble-etched.
