Deviled eggs with tuna are a tasty twist on the original. They have the creaminess of egg yolks, the saltiness of tuna, and a hint of sourness from the Dijon mustard and pickles.
Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs. 1 can 5 oz of tuna, drained. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion. 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Paprika for garnish.
Instructions: Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks and tuna together until well combined. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped red onion, chopped dill pickles, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolk-tuna mixture. Mix until smooth and creamy. Spoon or pipe the tuna deviled egg filling into the egg white halves. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Tuna Deviled Eggs!
