agreed, tbh. generic “mean face” pointy monsters are just lazy. I like it when monsters and creatures’ motivations are ambiguous, right down to their appearance looking either comical or pitiful, not overtly malignant. (tho latter can be fun at times!)
Crabwalking is def a thing that needs to be used in monster designs more
for real, it can be pretty unsettling (or comical, but to be honest, it can often times be a very thin line)
