Tunnel Snake Jacket Painting Tutorial
Find Your Reference! And always look at it as you do this! Don’t try and do it from memory you will not remember everything!
Use the jacket as a reference for the size of the snake.
Draw the outline! I usually use white charcoal but I only had a sharpie.
Next Paint!
Paint the green in the outline, you do not have to blend the paint you can just make the snake flat and it’ll be alright.
Use darker colors for the shadows, and lighter colors for the highlights.
Don’t paint the mouth yet!
Once done with the body start painting the inside of the mouth.
There are four fangs and paint the mouth pink with a little tongue coming out.
Once everything is painted outline the snake.
Fill in the eye!
While outlining the body draw and fill in triangles for the top of the snake and “X”s and “Y”s for the belly of the snake.
After all that you are done! seal it or don’t up to you.
