totally forgot about this. Def used refs to help with trying to simplify this guys design but never got around to finishing anything concrete. They were supposed to be an antagonistic character named Tuonine (209, because fun lil references) that got their exanite knocked around enough to become convinced that mechari were the eldar’s intended successors. (this character was intended to be a mastermind orchestrating a series of murders before being found, killed off/defeated/rehabilitated, etc) buuuut I never got around to introducing them and the environment for lore accuracy for a bit too hostile for my taste. ‘No mechari has ever betrayed the dominion’ really locks up a lot of things to play with, but it was a fun character to build.
