" Happy birthday Tweek. " Quietly he extended a tiny box towards the blonde, inside was a loose fit necklace with several beads spread across it meant to be fidgeted with. It wasn't the most impressive gift Token COULD have got his friend, but he liked how it looked.

Taking the box with a twitch, green eyes search Token’s face for some kind of hint before caving in to curiosity and opening it. “A necklace? Do you mind if I…” Letting the sentence hang, he slips the accessory on and looks down to admire it. A stupid-happy smile quirks his lips. Naturally, his hands are drawn to the loose beads, rolling them between his fingertips with a pure joy that money couldn’t buy. This was just the right kind of sensory appeal, much easier to access than having to reach his hair. 

“Heh, thank you, Token!” He practically throws himself at his long-time friend, one arm wrapping around him for a lingering hug while a hand remains busy playing with the beads.

     Eyebrows furrowed, a paper lightly slapped onto the table next to the man. She was still audibly huffing, trying to control her frustration as she silently sat down. It took a moment, but soon she sighed off the attitude and the slightly crumbled paper slid over, a pencil tapping a word math problem, #13. A prewritten note already there in small letters, “help please.” Instantly, her face was already in her hands, SIGHING emotionally once again.
