He’s a cyborg pistol shrimp. I thought he looked like an Awesomenauts character so I colored them using the red team palette, I think it matches!

I also came up with some ingame stuff for fun below:

Moveset 

Jump - Blast Bounce, damages nearby enemies when you jump 

M1 - Burst Fire, shoots 3 energy shots in succession 

Parascope-Increases Range (-/3) A parasite that gives another set of eyes

Salt-Powered Nanites -Increases attack speed (-/3) Makes you just wanna shoot everything

Tubing System -Fires 3 shots at once instead (-/1) More room for more bullets

Bogged Magazine -Adds an additional projectile (-/2) It’s almost scandalous

Bladed Pincers -Deal extra damage in melee range  (-/1) Could make ordinary living a chore

Hypercharger -Replaces shots with 1 big shot, reduces attack speed (-/1) Targets may kiss their butt goodbye

 M2 - Recoil Shot, a blast sends you backward 

Getaway Plan -Launches you farther -/2 101 Ways to make a clean escape

Barnacle-Encrusted Shells -Increases damage -/3 No grit, no pearl

Bling Ring -Stuns the enemy briefly -/2 A breathtakingly tacky piece of jewelry

Seafood Skewer -Shot pierces enemies -/1 An ancient, barbaric weapon

Caustic Antennas -Adds burn damage -/2 They grow back fast enough

Barbed Chitin -Does damage to enemies collided -/1 Natural armor, completely organic

 M3 - Spine Grenade, it rolls creating spikes on the ground, disappears after running out of spikes 

Shedding Urchin -Increases range and amount of spikes -/2 It just keeps dropping needles everywhere

Anxious Pufferfish -Increases speed of grenade -/2 It has seen some bad drivers

Sharktooth Bandolier -Increase spike damage -/2 Stepping on these is worse than stepping on toy blocks

Anemone Venom -Spikes slow enemies -/2 That’s gonna sting in the morning

Jellyfish Coating -Grenades bounce while rolling -/1 It’s as slippery as the most elusive criminal

Naval Mine -Grenades explodes at the end or when contacted -/1 Responsible for many trade route problems

Turbito’s hideout holds a bunch of treasure, though most of it was already there, he continues to increase the size of this hoard through his criminal acts!
