9. How do they get along with other people? Do they struggle with eye contact, body language, bluntness, being too talkative, etc?
Turin- Xe believes xe handles others alright. Answering questions when prompted, not talking excessively, minding xir own business, being honest. Their unease at xim can't be remedied, thus it isn't xir problem. Turin, to say the least, is rather unsettling. Xe has a tendency to greet people by making intense eye contact for 10 seconds then not looking at them until talked to. Xe stays stock still when in conversations and keeps xir eyes locked on the other person's. Xir speech is very brief, often consisting of one or two concise sentences.
Emilie- He gets along nicely with others thanks to his kindness, eagerness to please, and sincerity. In recent years, his anxious demeanor has faded a little. However, he still has some difficulty maintaining eye contact and not fiddling with his hands. He usually tends to be on the quiet side but he still makes small talk with ease, particularly with Writerian workers on the control panels.
13. Any past or/and current relationships? What is their sexuality and does it affect their relationship with anyone?
Turin- Xe dated xir childhood friend Orisu once when they were in their teens. From that, xe realized xe's aroace. When dating, quite literally nothing changed except they held hands more, swapped clothes more often, and xe brought her feathers xe found on walks. They mutually decided to break up because, in their simultaneous words "Dating is just a label."
Emilie- He actually came into existence already in his mid-20's. He had no prior relationships but he does want to have one with his roommate and friend, Kendrid Halcyon. Kendrid has no idea he feels this way despite the signs being kinda obvious to others.
17. Have they gotten a serious injury before? Physical or mental.
Turin- Xe has broken limbs falling out of trees, cracked ribs when xir pet day scanner fell on xim, and gotten at least one concussion. The murder of xir mother by xir aunt and living under the constant threat of her coming after xim is uhh... Definitely damaging. Xe was already withdrawn from childhood but this has taken xir self-isolating behaviors up a notch.
Emilie- It's not rare for him to straight up die of accidents and injuries, a trait all high ranking Writerian workers seem to share. Initially, it was horrific to him but once he got used to respawning, he's calmed down a good bit. A mental scar he has is from witnessing the (temporary) murder of a worker by the former secondary Writer, Malik Chance... Though, working under Malik was a living nightmare as is.
