Ingredients: 1 lb cooked turkey, shredded. 4 cups frozen corn kernels. 1 onion, finely chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups chicken broth. 3 cups potatoes, diced. 2 cups carrots, sliced. 2 cups celery, chopped. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 4 cups whole milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, saut until softened. Stir in flour, creating a roux. Gradually whisk in chicken broth, ensuring no lumps. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, thyme, and smoked paprika. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Pour in milk, stirring constantly. Add shredded turkey and frozen corn, simmer until heated through.
